Friend

My darling Erin is leaving London in less than two weeks. What a lovely, funny, quirky, dance-y, crazy, talented, generous and thoughtful girl she is. She has been there for me for the past year, and she is simply a wicked friend to have. And MAN did we have some fun. Love ya, lady. xxxx

Go Home

Some fellow students of mine from Central Saint Martins and other universities are putting on an art show that opens on Thursday October 15 at East Gallery on Brick Lane. Check out the blog about the show and the facebook event and then come and look at art while you drink wine and say hi to your friends. See you there, lovelies.

Tales that Witness Madness

Here are some images from my exhibition and performance last Thursday at Elevator Gallery. This is me and Susu doing our seance electronique drawing. It was trippy. Dom, our volunteer, had us contact Harry Bates from beyond the grave. Harry then channeled a drawing through us. What fun. I will post more images later. xo

Older and Wiser?

August 29 was my 26th birthday, and it was one of the best ones I can remember. I followed the boys of Oldies 990 to the countryside, where they played at a private party in a barn. What started off as a bit awkward (I didn't know a soul, and I had forgotten socks to protect my feet from the rain and cold) turned in to a freewheeling evening of laughs and tunes and adventures in the wilderness. I was serenaded by the band about four times, since they wanted to make their rendition of "Happy Birthday" as perfect as possible. Once the beer kicked in, I was dancing up a storm with friends old and new. After the show, I was whisked away into the woods on a golf cart going full speed; haven't felt that free for a while. Even the rain couldn't dampen my spirits. On top of it all, I got to sleep in a tent...and who doesn't love camping. Gavin, Peter, Ben, Ryan, Jos....I love youse guys. Thanks for such a lovely evening. Makes me miss Canada...sigh....

Good times, Great Oldies

This is a typical Monday night for Larry and Rosie and I. Pretty fun, I guess. Pure love.
Shadow Of The Hawk

My mother was an actress in the seventies. An actress, and a total babe. She had a supporting role in this awesomely bad cult film called Shadow of the Hawk, and due to the miracle of youtube, I was able to find the trailer. Mummy is the babe in the white bikini kissing and screaming poolside. Check it out, it is so worth it.
